Refund policy
Returns
Our policy is 14 days from the date of purchase or from the date your package was delivered, if it was shipped. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase or delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. * No returns or refunds are offered on Tiffiany's Closet Items.
Customer satisfaction is our goal at The Sparkling Spur. In the event that any unused product does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for credit or exchange, subject to item availability. All items from Tiffiany's Closet are excluded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It mus,t also be in the original packaging. If an item exchange is due to a mistake on the part of The Sparkling Spur or issues of quality, the exchanged item(s) will be shipped at no cost to you via Standard Ground delivery. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-15 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at thesparklingspur@gmail.com.
Sale items & Sales
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased with a sale code and purchased during a special sale classify as a sale item.
We utilize a combination of discount codes and automatic discounts for our sales. Often times sales only pertain to certain collections and regular priced items. Automatic discounts are deducted at checkout. If there was no discount deducted, chances are the items you are purchasing are not included in a sale and the price you see at checkout is the final price. If you feel there is an error feel free to ask us, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Tiffiany's Closet Items
Items in Tiffiany's Closet may be new or gently worn (ie: from Tiffiany's Closet). These items may not be returned or refunded. They are sold as is and it is stated under each item that "All Sales are Final in Tiffiany's Closet".
Exchanges (Excludes Tiffiany's Closet Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thesparklingspur@gmail.com and send your item to: PO BOX 584 Mandaree North Dakota US 58757.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 584 Mandaree North Dakota US 58757. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
